Protect your Panasonic GH7 or GH6 camera from the rigors of the production day while mounting accessories without stressing your camera's body with this HawkLock Quick Release Cage Kit from SmallRig. The kit includes a formfitting aluminum cage, a top handle with a 3/8"-16 anti-twist mount, and an HDMI/USB-C cable clamp. The camera mounts onto the cage using screws on the bottom and two sides, preventing twisting or movement. It is compatible with the DMW-XLR1 and DMW-XLR2 audio input accessories.
The cage features an integrated Arca-type base, multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, a shoe mount, a QD port, strap slots and hooks, and a HawkLock side NATO rail for adding a variety of accessories. The top handle adds more accessory threads and two additional shoe mounts. The HDMI/USB-C cable clamp mounts onto the side of the cage and helps prevent your cables from pulling or disconnecting.
