1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for price matching, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be identical in all aspects, including brand, model, specifications, and official Philippine warranty coverage

• The item must be brand new, sealed, and in stock at both Henry’s Cameras and the authorized competitor

• Applicable only to regularly stocked items (excludes limited editions, pre-orders, and newly released products)

• Valid for in-store purchases only at participating Henry’s Cameras branches nationwide

2. Non-Eligible Items and Pricing

The following are not eligible for price matching:

• Items sold by unauthorized dealers, grey market sellers, or marketplace resellers

• Prices derived from:

• Flash sales or time-limited promotions

• Clearance or liquidation sales

• Bundle or package deals

• Membership, loyalty, or employee discounts

• Voucher- or coupon-based pricing (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)

• Products that are out of stock, display units, refurbished, or open-box items

3. Application Process

To request a price match:

1. Visit any Henry’s Cameras branch

2. Accomplish the official Price Match request form (link/QR code available in-store)

3. Present verifiable proof of the competitor’s price, such as:

• A dated screenshot

• Official website link

• A quotation from an authorized retailer/dealer

All submissions are subject to on-site validation and verification.

4. Verification & Approval

• Henry’s Cameras reserves the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of all submitted pricing

• If approved, the customer may proceed with the purchase at the matched or adjusted price

• If declined, a clear explanation will be provided by the staff

5. Processing Time

• Standard processing time: 1–3 hours

• Approval may be completed within the same day, depending on verification requirements

• Processing may take longer during weekends and holidays

6. Important Terms

• Requests must be submitted before completing the purchase

• No price matching will be honored after the transaction has been finalized

• The competitor’s price must reflect the standard retail price (SRP) and not a discounted or promotional rate

• Henry’s Cameras reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the stated criteria

• Price matching is non-transferable and valid only for the specific transaction applied for
