WHAT CAMERAS CAN WE TRADE IN?
List of acceptable cameras will be available for your choosing during the trade-in process in our website.  If the camera you wish to trade-in is not in the options/selections, chances are it is not accepted for trade-in.  You may send us a message to inquire further.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE THE SALES INVOICE OF THE CAMERA ANYMORE?
Kindly secure an affidavit with notary or a legal document that will prove you are the owner of the device.  We are strictly complying with the government's anti-fencing law.

DO YOU ACCEPT CAMERAS BOUGHT OVERSEAS?
As long as the camera model is in the list of accepted devices and that you can provide proof of ownership for the device, your trade-in offer can be accepted.

WHAT CONDITIONS MUST MY DEVICE BE TO BE ACCEPTED FOR TRADE IN?
Upon choosing your device for trade-in, you will be asked to declare whether the device is in EXCELLENT, GOOD or FAIR condition.  A checklist for each condition is shown during the process of declaring your device's actual contidion.

WHAT IF THERE ARE MISSING ACCESSORIES?
Please declare missing accessories during the offer.  If the condition of your device is not in any of the available option, please specify.  However, defective or no longer working devices are no longer accepted.  

HOW MANY CAMERA DEVICES CAN WE OFFER FOR TRADE-IN?
You may sell up to 2 devices per trade-in offer.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER SUBMITTING AN OFFER?
You may reply to the offer email to indicate withdrawal of the offer.  Please note that once withdraw, your offer will be cancelled and the offer price no longer valid.

HOW CAN WE SEND IN THE ITEM?
Once we have accepted your trade-in request, you will receive an email with the instructions on how and where to send your device for physical checking.

WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING OF MAILING IN/PICKING UP OF THE DEVICE FOR TRADE IN?
You will be in-charge of shipping the unit to the provided address.  In case of rejection of offer - you are also required to pick up the item at the provided address via email.  

HOW CAN I MONITOR THE STATUS OF MY OFFER?
You will receive an email with a link to your offer page wherein you will get updates about the status of your offer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO VERIFY MY TRADE-IN?
Once we have received your offer, kindly give us 2 business days to assess.  You will receive an update through your email whether your offer has been accepted for mail-in or rejected.

WHY IS MY OFFER REJECTED?
Offers are being reviewed before acceptance.  Offers with incomplete customer details and/or incomplete device information will be rejected.  You may send in another offer. Kindly double check the details you input and ensure you provide a valid email address, mobile number, shipping address.  Please also submit any necessary proof of ownership for the device you are trading in.  

WHERE CAN I USE THE STORE CREDIT VOUCHER?
Store credit voucher is valid for us at Henry's Cameras website only.

CAN I USE MORE THAN 1 STORE CREDIT VOUCHER?
Only 1 store credit voucher can be used for each online transaction.
