PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING::
- Henry's Cameras will require proof of ownership from the customer: the original receipt or proof of purchase from the store or brand must be included during trade-in declaration. If the receipt is missing, a signed sworn statement of ownership (with valid government ID attached) must be provided.
- Henry's Cameras will accept only camera models which are available in the options below. If your camera is not in the list, trade-in offer is not possible.
- For Camera with Lens Kit, please declare the body and note through the offer email you will receive that you will be including the kit lens in mailing in. Proper offer price adjustment will be made once both camera and lens has been checked.
- Once you have submitted your trade-in offer, an estimated quotation will be provided - this is not the final price.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject a trade-in request. Request submitted with incomplete name, address, bogus email and mobile number will be rejected.
- Once your request is accepted, Mail-in your unit as described for our physical checking. Document the items you have mailed-in for your protection.
- The mailed-in device will be checked within 3 - 5 business days. In any event we find other issues not previously declared by you, the offer price may decrease. You may accept or reject the new offer price.
- For REJECTED offer or RETURNED item, you will be notified via email for the process. Rejected offers or items for return must be picked up by you within seven (7) business days.
- For ACCEPTED offer, you will receive your store credit via email. Store credits can be used to purchase at Henry's Cameras website. Store credit must be used in full in a single transaction.
